Interest and enthusiasm is re-developed through regular attendance at one of our six (6) Centers. The Youth Specialist observes the learning skills of the youth and helps to provide individuals with personal growth and needed development, and most of all, give the youth confidence in expressing themselves in all capable areas.

Each Center provides a counseling and referral service to meet the need for guidance in relating to school problems, personal growth, vocational needs, and family problems.

Group Work, through a variety of programs helps to increase levels of understanding ability and gives self-confidence in both Educational and Social areas for youth in developing their social values.
